Traumas, burdens, struggles and unresolved emotions that are imprinted in our parent’s and ancestor’s cellular memory can get passed down generation to generation. These imprints of the past can weigh on us and limit us achieving our potential. They can affect our health and well-being, our happiness, our abundance and our relationships. These imprints are a result of Family and Ancestral Karma.

How can we identify Family and Ancestral Karma?

Family and ancestral karma is easy to figure out, just look at your family patterns – teenage pregnancy, cancer, sexual abuse, incest, rape, alcoholism, food and drug addictions, depression racism, strong religious beliefs, victim consciousness, family violence, money problems, these are all aspects of family and ancestral karma we carry within our DNA in our cellular memory that is still being played out today repeatedly.
